Where does the name “SEO Sherpa” come from?
Sherpa is the name of an ethnic group native to the mountainous regions of Nepal. The Sherpa people act as guides to mountaineers wanting to summit the peaks of the Himalayan mountain range and, in particular, Mount Everest, the world’s highest mountain.
The role a Sherpa plays in the ascent to Mount Everest is a metaphor for our part in helping clients reach the summit of Google.
